Lorraine Robbins

Lorraine is an artist and designer based in Stroud, UK. She has a first class degree in Fine Art(Sculpture) and an MA with Distinction in Fine Art: Drawing. Lorraine has exhibited widely, both nationally and internationally. She has worked collaboratively with the artist Soozy Roberts on socially engaged and participatory, community based projects under the guise of Robbins and Roberts.

Lorraine currently works from her ceramics and drawing studio, taking an experimental and process led approach to clay based forms. Practice is informed by a background in bronze casting sculpture production; and historical research into ceramic process and design.
